Thanks for the heads up! C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\skyrimse\profiles\-p4KI4vYG. I figured it out, thanks man anyways. Basically you have to find the location of the text file which contains your mod list. Most mod managers have it either in their main directory or somewhere in AppData directory.
